The No Timeout feature prevents all Hot Desk sessions in an account from timing out. The Users' sessions stay on until it is physically logged out. It offers a solution for organizations that have a mobile workforce and unpredictable schedules.

Enabling Hot Desking on the BT Cloud Work portal

  1. Go to the BT Cloud Work portal and sign in.
  2. Hover on Tools, then click Hot Desk Session Timeout.
  3. Select Never from the dropdown list.
  4. Click Save.
