The Analytics portal lets you access reports such as Adoption & Usage, Company Numbers, Live Reports, Performance Reports, Quality of Service, and Meetings Dashboard. It also lets you view existing Historical Reports under the Subscriptions tab.

Availability

The Analytics portal is available to Users of BT Cloud Phone Basic, Connect, and Collaborate plans, and can be accessed on the BT Cloud Phone Portal.

The Device Status Report (can be accessed by going to Analytics Portal > Device Status) can only be accessed by Users of the BT Cloud Phone Collaborate plan.

Supported Browsers

Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

How to access the Analytics portal

The Analytics portal can be viewed on both the BT Cloud portal account and BT Cloud Work app mobile.

On the BT Cloud Work portal

Go to Admin Portal > Reports > Analytics. You will be asked to authorize the Analytics Portal to sign in with your RingCentral credentials when you log in for the first time. Click Authorize.

On the BT Cloud Work app for iOS

  1. Open the BT Cloud Work app mobile
  2. Tap the More (3 dots) button on the bottom right
  3. Navigate to Admin tools > Analytics
  4. Tap the Hamburger (3 lines) icon on the upper left

On the BT Cloud Work app for Android

  1. Open the BT Cloud Work app mobile
  2. Tap the Hamburger (3 lines) icon on the upper left
  3. Navigate to Admin tools > Analytics
  4. Tap the Hamburger (3 lines) icon on the upper left
