Single Sign-on allows employees in a company to access all the company application with one set of credentials. Depending on the company, the credentials can include email, phone number or username, along with the password. The company routes all logins through an IDP (Identity Provider) with which the company has a purchased licence.
Single Sign-On allows Administrators with SSO enabled accounts to choose to log in using SSO only for Users' access, as per their company policy.
1. In your BT Cloud Work Admin portal, go to Tools > Single Sign-on.
2. Select Enable SSO login service
check box under Enable SSO
section and Save
Selecting this option means that Users must only log in
via SSO to authenticate. When a User logs in via BT Cloud Work Desktop app, a pop-up message will appear on the sign-in screen.
