Configuring the User Hours Call Handling & Forwarding settings in User templates allows you to determine whether the desktop and mobile app are notified / rang first for a specified duration before the call is forwarded to your deskphone and other forwarding numbers.

NOTE: These settings will override the corresponding existing configuration of the User once applied.
 

1. Log in to as Administrator to the BT Cloud Work portal.

2. Go to Users > Templates > User Settings. Select the User template from the list.

3. Go to Inbound > Call Handling & Forwarding > User Hours.

4. Enable Notify my Desktop app and Smartphone if you want the desktop app and mobile app to ring first.

5. Set the number of rings/seconds before the incoming call will be forwarded.

6. Tick the Override User Settings checkbox to ensure the settings will be applied.

7. Click Save.
