Follow the steps below to enable Mute other sounds during a call feature of BT Cloud Work Desktop: 

  1. Desktop app - Log in | BT Cloud Phone
  2. Click the gear icon or View settings at the bottom of the app.

  1. Go to Calls > General tab.
  2. Toggle the Mute other sounds during a call switch to enable the feature.
  3. Click the Info button User-added image to configure your Windows system's sound options for communications activity.
  4. Select your preferred setting. Click Apply, then click OK.
