View the Conference Calling Host and Participant Access Codes on the BT Cloud Work Portal

Conference calling allows several Users to call in to the same line to be part of a discussion. Each User has a unique Host and Participants Access code to start a conference. You can view the Dial-in number, Host, and Participants codes on your BT Cloud Work Portal.
 

View the Host and Participant Access Codes by clicking the Conference button

1. Log in to your BT Cloud Work Portal.
2. Click the Conference button on the upper right part of the screen (just below the Get help link). The Host and Participants access codes can be found just below the Dial-In Number/s.
    

How can Users view the Host and Participant Access Codes on the Portal

1. Log in to your BT Cloud Work Portal. If you are logged in using an Admin account, navigate to Admin portal > My extension. 
2. Go to Settings > Phones & numbers > Conference tab. The Conference number, Host code, and Participants code will be displayed below.
    

How can Administrators get a User's Host and Participant Access Codes on the Portal

1. Log in to your BT Cloud Work Portal.
2. Go to Admin portal > Users > Users List > Users with extensions.
3. Click the User.
4. Navigate to Phones & numbers > Conference tab. The Conference number, Host code, and Participants code will be displayed below.
