The Call Log section of your BT Cloud Work Portal shows you your extension's incoming and outgoing call activities at a glance. It also allows you to send Call Log reports to your email. To do this, follow the steps below.
- Log in to your BT Cloud Work Portal.
- Click Call Log.
- Click Delivery Settings.
- Specify your email delivery schedule. In the example below, we set the Call Logs to be delivered to our email daily.
- Select the Send log type. You can choose either Simple View or Detailed View.
- Specify the email address where to send the logs to.
- Click Save.
