Personal Contacts can be added to your BT Cloud Work App Mobile, making it more convenient to call people in your personal network.

Here are the steps you need to follow when adding your Personal Contact to your BT Cloud Work App Mobile:

  1. Launch the BT Cloud Work App Mobile.

  2. Tap the Contacts icon.

  3. Tap the drop-down arrow, and then select Personal Contacts.

  4. Tap the Add icon on the upper right corner of your screen.

    NOTE: Your BT Cloud Work App Mobile is integrated with your device's phone book.

  5. You can select where you want to store the contact by tapping on an account. The example below shows the common locations where you can store your contacts (email account, your device's internal storage, and your device's SIM card). If you are unable to see the correct account on the list, you can tap on Add account.

    NOTE: The way the screen will look varies depending on the type and UI of the device that you are using.

  6. Enter the contact details, then tap Done.
