How to Join a BT Cloud Work Meeting

Join a meeting by clicking the Join button

1. Launch BT Cloud Work Meetings, then click Join.
2. Enter the Meeting ID, then your Name. You can check the other options below your name, then click Join.
    

Join a meeting by clicking the meeting URL in your e-mail invitation

1. Access your email account. 
2. Open the meeting invitation email.
3. Click the invitation link.
    

Join a meeting by clicking the invitation link sent via instant message

The host may opt to send participants the link to the meeting via instant messaging. Participants can click on the link to join the meeting instantly.
 

Join a meeting by entering a video call ID

1. Go to https://video.cloudwork.bt.com/welcome/join/.
2. Enter your Video Meeting ID. Your Video Meeting ID is a 9 or 10-digit number.
3. Click Join Meeting. 
    

Join a meeting from a Web browser

1. Access your email account.
2. Open the meeting invitation email.
3. Click the link for the meeting invitation in the email. The link will open a web browser. It will provide an option to join meetings via a web browser.
4. Click the link saying "Join from your browser." to open BT Cloud Work. 
5. Type your name and click Join.
