Templates allow Account Administrators to implement a set of configuration to multiple Users at once through the BT Cloud Work Portal, reducing repetitive actions by applying the same settings to a group of Users.

Only Super Admin, User Admin, and Users with permission to access Users > Templates can customise the template settings. See User Roles and Permissions Overview | BT Cloud Work for more information.

How to access User Template on the BT Cloud Work Portal

1. Log in to the BT Cloud Work Portal.

2. Go to Admin portal > Users > Templates.

3. Click User settings

4. Open a template. Templates have three tabs:
