A fax cover page displays significant information such as the sender’s name, phone number, and address.

  1. Log in to the BT Cloud Work Portal.
  2. Click Settings > Outbound calls/faxes > Fax settings. 
NOTE: If you are an Administrator, switch to the My extension view, then click Settings > Outbound calls/faxes > Fax settings.
  1. Update the information under the Cover page info.
  • The information under the Cover page info will auto-populate your fax cover page.
  1. Click Save.
