Details

Park Locations is a feature on the BT Cloud Work Desktop App HUD that allows you to park a call privately that can only be answered by users within the group. Park Locations on the Desktop App HUD allows you to answer a call and park it in a location (extension) that only specific people or groups can pick up. For example, a receptionist or assistant can answer calls on behalf of a senior manager and then park the call on hold until that person is free to pick it up.
