Reports are graphical representations of your BT Cloud Work account's call activities that can be generated by account administrators. These Reports can be generated as a Summary, Queue Activity, User Activity, Telephone Number and User Call Detail. Follow the steps below to generate a report:
1. Log in to BT Cloud Work Mobile App
2. Tap the button on the upper left corner of your screen
3. Tap Admin Tools > Analytics
4. To select which report you wish to project, tap the hamburger icon
5. Tap the Stage settings to configure the following:
• Time Format
• Time Zone
• Region Format
• Report Type
6. Tap Inject once done.
NOTE: You can also set the Date using the calendar icon.
