IMPORTANT: Make sure your Company Call Handling settings have been reconfigured before you remove an IVR menu.

You can reconfigure the Company Call Handling settings in 2 ways:

  • Create a new IVR menu and then switch to it, or
  • Switch to Single-Level IVR, and then set up your Company Call Handling and Operator Extension.

A notification appears to remind you to set up Company Call Handling first before deleting the IVR menu. 

How to Delete an IVR Menu

  1. Log in to your BT Cloud work portal.
  2. On the Admin Portal, go to Phone system, click Auto-Receptionist > IVR Menus
  3. Click the IVR menu that needs to be modified from the list. 
  4. Under Extension info, click Delete menu
  5. Click Delete.
