Details

On-demand Call recordings can be downloaded from the BT Cloud Work Portal. You can also listen to the recordings as well. To learn how to enable, disable, and configure your BT Cloud Work account's Call Recording settings, see Record BT Cloud Phone Calls.

  1. Log in to your BT Cloud Phone Portal. 
  2. If you are logged in using an Admin account, navigate to Admin portal > My extension > Messages. If you are a User, click Messages.
  3. Click Recordings.
  4. Click the Play button to listen to the recording, or click Download to save the recording to your computer.
NOTE: Recordings are in .mp3 format.
