You can log out from a Hot Desk phone or Common Phone in 3 ways:

Press the Logout soft key on the phone to log out.
Dial *91.

Have the Administrator log you out remotely via the BT Cloud Work Portal. The Administrator can go to Phone System > Phones & Devices > Common Area Phones > select the device to log out from, then click Logout button.
