Set Up BT Cloud Work Call Screening for Users

Details

1. Log in to your BT Cloud Work Portal. See Log in to the BT Cloud Phone Using Email or Phone Number for more information.

2. Go to Admin portal > Users > Users List > Users with extensions.

3. Click the User.

4. Click Screening, greeting & hold music.

5. Below Call screening, select Enable, then click Edit.

6. Select the preferred Connecting option, then click Done.

7. Click Save.

8. Navigate to Call handling & forwarding > Settings.

9. Below Incoming call information, click Edit to set your preferences. See Configuring your Incoming Call Information Settings | BT Cloud Work for more information.
