Administrators can configure the Hot Desk Session Timeout which automatically logs Users out of the Common Phone after the set duration. Users will automatically be logged out of the common phone after the configured duration has elapsed.

  1. Log in to the BT Cloud Work Portal.
  2. In the Admin portal, go to More > Security and Compliance > Hot Desk session timeout.
  3. Select the duration from the list provided, then click Save.

NOTE: Set to Never if you don't want your Hot Desk session to timeout automatically. This means that your Hot Desk Session will only end if you log out.
