Create a Custom Audio Prompt

  1. Click the IVR menu that needs to be modified from the list.
  2. Click Prompt.
  3. Since Audio is automatically displayed, click Select.
  4. Select a prompt from the library, then click Select.  If there are no prompts available in the list you can upload or record a prompt to the Prompt Library.
  5. Preview the audio prompt. Click Select to choose a different prompt from the library. Otherwise, click Save.

Create a Text-to-Speech Audio Prompt

  1. Click the IVR menu that needs to be modified from the list.
  2. Click Prompt.
  3. Select Text to speech.
  4. Type the greeting in the space provided. Click Save when finished.
