Turning On the Forward All Calls Feature in the BT Cloud Work App Desktop and Web

The Forward all calls feature in the BT Cloud Work apps and Admin Portal lets you forward your incoming calls when you can’t answer. You can forward incoming calls to a voicemail, announcement, or another extension/group. You can also create a call forwarding schedule.

NOTES:

  • To use the Forward all calls feature, you need call handling permission. Read the List of user permissions.
  • When Forward all calls and Do not disturb are turned on, calls will forward according to your Forward all calls settings.

Forwarding all calls in the desktop and web app

  1. Click your profile picture at the top left.
  2. Click Call rules.

    Click Call rules

  3. Click the Forward all calls toggle to turn it on.
  4. Click the Incoming calls dropdown to select where to forward your calls.
    • Send to voicemail: Forwards calls to any voicemail inbox. You can click the message to create a custom voicemail message.
    • Forward the call: Forwards calls to any extension or phone number.
    • Play announcement: Plays an announcement, then ends the call. You can use the default announcement or click the message to record a custom greeting.
  5. Click Add schedule, then use the date and time selectors to set your call forwarding schedule.
  6. Click Save.

A banner at the top of the BT Cloud Work app will remind you that your calls are being forwarded. In the banner:

  • Click Edit to change your call forwarding settings.
  • Click Turn off to stop forwarding your calls.

Turning off call forwarding in the desktop and web app

  1. Click your profile picture at the top left.
  2. Click Call rules.
  3. Click the Forward all calls toggle to turn it off.
