Select BT Cloud Phone Users or Group Extensions to Automatically Record Calls

IMPORTANT: Automatic call recording settings can only be changed by Administrators and Users with Administrator access.


1. Log in to your BT Cloud Phone Portal. See Logging in - Using Email or Phone Number for more information.

2. On the Admin portal, navigate to Phone system > Auto-Receptionist > General Settings.

3. Click Call Recording, then enable Automatic call recording.

4. Click Yes on the Confirmation popup.

5. Below Extensions to record, click Edit.

6. Select the extensions whose calls you want to record. Filter your selection to Users, Call queues, Shared lines or Paging only groups. Specify whether to record incoming calls, outgoing calls or both by checking the box. To select all Usersclick the box beside Inbound or Outbound.

6. Click Save.
