Download Automatic Call Recordings | BT Cloud Work

Automatic call recording (ACR) is a BT Cloud Phone feature that enables you to record Incoming or Outgoing calls automatically. Users can listen to the recordings online or download the recorded conversations to a computer. The Automatic call recording feature is available for BT Cloud Phone Connect and Collaborate subscribers only.

1. Log in as an Administrator to the BT Cloud Phone Portal.

2. Go to Admin portal > Call log.

3. It will automatically show Call Log in Simple view. You may also click Detailed to reflect other details of your call log.

4. Filter your call log as to phone numbers, date, call direction, types of call, or extensions. Click Apply. Once the filters are set, you can download your Call logs by clicking on more options (kebab) button, then click Download.

5. The Download call log dialogue window appears. Check Recorded calls (mp3s) checkbox to download recorded calls. 

NOTE: The Downloaded Call log will only contain the details on the Filter that you selected.
