Details

When callers dial your BT Cloud Work Company number, they can reach the Operator by pressing 0 or by staying on the line depending on how your Auto-receptionist is set up. Refer to the Auto-Receptionist Feature on the BT Cloud Work Portal for more information on this topic.

You can change the designated Operator Extension within the BT Cloud Work portal by following the steps below:

  1. Log in as an administrator to your BT Cloud Work portal.
  2. Under the Admin Portal page, go to Phone System > Auto Receptionist > General Settings > IVR Settings
  3. In the General IVR Settings section, the current Operator Extension is displayed. To change the Operator extension, click Select extension
  4. Select the Extension you want to designate as the Operator, and then click Done
  5. You will be returned to the General Settings screen. Click Save.
