Add a User on the BT Cloud Phone Portal

1. Log in to your BT Cloud Phone portal.

2. Go to Admin portal > Users > User list > Users with extensions.

3. Click Add Users. From here, you can do the following:

• Add Users with BT Cloud Phone Licence Rental .
• Add Users with BT Cloud Phone without Licence Rental 

When you have added Users, you will need to enable them. You will find the newly added User extensions under the Unassigned extensions tab. 
 

How to Add Users with BT Cloud Phone Licence Rental

1. On the Add Users window, select Add users with BT Cloud Phone Licence Rental.
2. Enter the number of users in the text box under Qty.
3. Select the County.
4. Select the Area code.
5. Select the Number Option.
6. Click the drop-down under Device to select the device.
7. Locate your phone from any of the following tabs: Recently bought, Desktop phones, or Other phones.
8. Click on your phone, then click Select. Click on the Other phones tab if you want to add an existing phone or set up a User to use the  BT Cloud Phone Desktop app.
9. Click Add, then you will be presented with the charges. Click Next.
10. Select the Delivery address where the device/s will be shipped. Click Create Delivery group to save the delivery information and proceed.
11. Click Next to proceed.
12. You will see your Order summary screen. Acknowledge that you have read the order information and accept the charges by checking "I acknowledge that I have read the above information and accept the charges". Click Next.
13. An Order confirmation window will appear, click Print to print a copy of your order summary or click Done to proceed.

NOTE: When you click Done, the page will redirect to Admin portal > Users > User list > Users with extensions. You will now need to assign the new licence to a User. See Enable a User | BT Cloud Phone to learn more.
 

How to Add Users without BT Cloud Phone Licence Rental

1. On the Add Users window, select Add users without BT Cloud Phone Licence Rental.
2. Enter the number of users in the QTY box. 
3. Select Yes on the drop-down list under With Nymber. 
4. Select the County > select an Area code.
5. Under Number Option, select New Numbers
6. Click Add > Next.
7. You will see your Order summary screen. Acknowledge that you have read the order information and accept the charges by checking "I acknowledge that I have read the above information and accept the charges". Click Next.
8. On the Order confirmation window, click Print to print a copy of your order summary or click Done to proceed.
