Your BT Cloud Phone portal allows you to set up the Dial-by-Name directory. With the Dial-by-Name directory, your callers can find the user they want by entering a first or last name using their dial pad keys.

1. Log in as Administrator to the BT Cloud Phone Portal.

2. Go to Phone System > Auto Receptionist > General settings.

3. Click Dial-by-Name directory.

4. Toggle switch on to Enable Dial-by-Name directory.

5. Customise the settings of your Dial-by-Name Directory. Click Save.

Extensions in Directory

1. Click Edit under Searchable Extensions.

2. Select the extensions that you want to include in the Dial-by-Name directory, and then click Done.

3. Enter directory extension on the space provided

Search Criteria

You can set the users to be searched either by first name or last name on the Dial-by-Name directory.
