The Call Log section of your BT Cloud Phone Portal shows you your extension's incoming and outgoing call activities at a glance. It also allows you to send Call Log Reports to your Email. To do this, follow the steps below.
1. Log in to your BT Cloud Phone Portal.
2. Click Call Log.
3. Click Delivery Settings.
4. Specify your Email delivery schedule. In the example below, we set the Call Logs to be delivered to our email daily.
5. Select the Send log type. You can choose either Simple View or Detailed View.
6. Specify the email address where to send the logs to. When done, click Save.
