How to Clear the Call Log | BT Cloud Work

Details

The Call log provides customised reports on inbound and outbound calls and faxes for the Company Number and specific extensions. You can filter or search for specific calls or faxes by choosing the exact day of a call, a date range, a specific phone number, etc. These logs are stored in your BT Cloud Work Portal for one (1) year or until you delete them.

To delete call logs, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your BT Cloud Work Portal as an Admin.
  2. Click Call log.
  3. Select the logs that you want to delete and click Delete. To delete all call logs, click on more options button three dots then click Delete all.
  4. Click Yes to confirm when prompted.
