The Fax settings section is where a User can view and edit the fax cover page settings and fax via email settings.

Viewing the Fax settings on your Portal

  1. Log in to your BT Cloud Work Portal.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Outbound calls/faxes > Fax settings.

Viewing the Administrator's Fax settings

  1. Administrators should Log in to your BT Cloud Work Portal, then go to My extension to view and change their Fax settings.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Outbound calls/faxes > Fax settings.

Viewing a User's Fax settings

  1. The Administrator should Log in to your BT Cloud Work Portal and go to the Users section on the Admin portal.
  2. Select a User from User list > Users with extensions tab.
  3. Click Outbound calls/faxes > Fax settings.

Getting to know the Fax settings section

The Fax settings section is composed of the following parts:

Cover page info

A cover page should contain information about the sender of the fax as well as information about your company. This section allows you to edit the cover page information for your extension. Administrators can also edit the cover page information for another User.

Faxes sent via email

This section lets you add or remove trusted email addresses to your extension. An Administrator can also add or remove trusted email addresses for another User.

Once the email addresses have been added, Email to fax can then be used. Up to 25 trusted email addresses can be added per extension.

Viewing the Outbound fax settings on the BT Cloud Phone Mobile app

To access the Outbound fax settings screen, tap My profile > Extension settings > Outbound fax settings.
