How can I add Forwarding Numbers to my BT Cloud Phone Extension?
Administrators can configure the rerouting of inbound calls when an Internet outage occurs. See BT Cloud Phone: Call Forward for unreachable phone for more information.
BT Cloud Phone has provided 3 default labels that you can use for adding your non-BT Cloud Phone device as a Forwarding number — Home, Mobile, and Work.
You can also add more forwarding numbers or add customised labels.

Adding a Forwarding number to your extension
Log in to your BT Cloud Phone Portal.
Click Call handling & forwarding.
Add additional numbers by entering the Phone number for any of the available default labels (Home, Work, Mobile).
If you need to add more Forwarding numbers or to create a customised label for the Forwarding number, click + Add call forwarding phone.
Enter the Phone name, then the Phone number.
NOTE: The forwarding phone becomes automatically enabled after entering its name and number.
Set how long the caller will hear the ringing before the system tries the next number in the list. NOTE: 5 seconds is approximately equal to 1 ring.
Choose how the system will ring your Forwarding numbers.
This option rings these numbers one at a time, in order of priority.
Hover over the Move icon , then drag the number to the desired position.
This option rings all the forwarding numbers at the same time.
Optional: Choose a Forwarding number from another User in the account.
Click the More options button, then click Forward to other users' phone.
Select one or several phones from the Additional phones list, then click Done.
Click Save. NOTE: Enable the International Calling feature to add and forward calls to an International forwarding number. Standard rates apply. See BT Cloud Phone International Calling Overview for more information.
Adding a Forwarding number to the Administrator's extension
Administrators should log in to the BT Cloud Phone Portal then go to My extension to add a Forwarding number to his extension.
Continue with Step 2 on the Adding a Forwarding number to your extension section.
Adding a Forwarding number for a User
The Administrator should log in to the BT Cloud Phone Portal and go to the Users section on the Admin portal.
On the User list > Users with extensions tab, click the name of the User.
