BT Cloud Phone Meetings is a video conferencing system with a rich set of screen-sharing capabilities. The Meetings screen offers options and settings, depending on your device and whether you are the host or a participant. Meetings is designed for open exchanges and interactive communications. Participants can control their own audio and video display, and share their desktop screens.
Meetings has the ability to let you share your screen (from the Desktop App or Mobile App), or make annotations during an online collaboration. You can also share documents or files in your video collaboration.

Sharing your screen via the Meetings Desktop
1. Click on either the Share Screen button in the middle of the screen or on the green one at the bottom part of the screen.
2. Select a window or application you want to share, then click Share Screen. Select Share computer Sound and Optimize for full-screen video clip when sharing videos to your participants.
The Host can annotate notes to the shared screen. By clicking on Annotate, the Host can modify the notes on the ongoing meeting. Participants may be allowed to add notes as well to the shared screen as well. A participant can also copy and paste from the Host's screen. Annotations only work during an ongoing video meeting.
The Annotation Toolbar will also appear and you can reposition the toolbar by dragging it anywhere on the screen. Select from the different buttons to customise how you want your annotations to look like. Click on Clear to clear the screen from annotations or Save to save the annotations.
The Host can also conduct Whiteboard sharing to share meeting agenda or content.
NOTE: Whiteboard is available for Windows, Mac, and iPad.
Sharing screens from your iPhone or iPad
Sharing from an iPhone or iPad is possible via AirPlay. AirPlay is a built-in iOS feature which allows wireless streaming of audio, video, device screens, and photos on your iOS device without installing an additional app.
NOTE: AirPlay Mirroring works on iPhone 4s or later, and iPad 2 or later.
1. On your Meetings Desktop App, click Screen Share.
2. Select iPhone/iPad, then click Screen Share.On your iOS device, connect to the Wi-Fi network indicated in the instructions window.
3. Swipe up from the bottom of your screen. From the Control Center, tap AirPlay.
4. Tap the name of the device where you want to stream content to.
5. Enable Mirroring by toggling the button to the right. Once enabled, tap Done.
6. Select the application you want to share from your iOS device.
You have successfully shared your iPhone or iPad screen to BT Cloud Phone Meetings.
Sharing Box or Dropbox Files from the Meetings Mobile App
The Meetings Mobile App provides an option to share Box or Dropbox files in an active meeting.
1. During an active meeting, tap the screen to open up the menu. Tap Share, then tap either Share from Dropbox or Share from Box.
2. If this is your first time to share a file from Dropbox or Box, you will be taken to an authorisation screen. Log in to Dropbox or Box to authorise file sharing. Tap Allow on the next screen.
NOTE: If you have already authorised either apps (Dropbox or Box) before, you will be taken to a log in screen. If you do not have a Dropbox or Box account, you can create an account.
3. Select the file you want to share from Dropbox or Box, then tap Share.
NOTE: Annotation is also possible on the ongoing meeting in the BT Cloud Phone Meetings mobile app. Just tap the pencil icon to start annotating. The Annotation Toolbar will also appear to customise your annotations. To stop the annotation, tap the pencil icon highlighted in blue
