How to Set  Up your Outgoing Caller ID Settings 

1. Log in as a User to your BT Cloud Work Portal. 
2. Go to Settings > Outbound calls/faxes.
3. Click Caller ID.
4. Select the phone number to display as your Caller ID number for outgoing calls and other BT Cloud Work calling features. Click Edit.
5. Select the number to be displayed as the Caller ID number, then click Done.
6. Click Save.

How to Set Up another User's Outgoing Caller ID settings 

1. Log in as an Administrator to your BT Cloud Work Portal
2. On the Admin portal, go to Users > Users list > Users with extensions.
3. Select the name of the User whose Outbound Caller ID settings need to be customised.
4. Click Outbound calls/faxes, then click Caller ID. 
5. Select the phone number to display as the User's Caller ID number for outgoing calls and other BT Cloud Work calling features. Click Edit.
6. Select the number to be displayed as the Caller ID number, then click Done.
7. Click Save.

Internal Calls

Select this option if you want to display your extension number as your Caller ID when making Internal calls. The extension number that you have set as an Internal Caller ID will display on BT Cloud Work endpoints such as desk phones, desktop and mobile apps. Calls forwarded to non-BT Cloud Work apps or devices such as landline and mobile phones will still show your complete direct phone number.

Just, tick the box next to Display my extension number for internal calls, then click Save.
