If a phone service needs to be removed from one of the IP Devices on your account, please contact BT Cloud Work Customer Care.

Alternatively, you can assign this service to a different device or user through the Change Phone button or Assigned to options. You can also choose to unassign the phone from the BT Cloud Phone licence.
