How to add a paging device to the BT Cloud Phone Portal

 

Step 1:

Log in as Administrator to the BT Cloud Phone Portal.
 

Step 2:

In the Admin portal, go to Phone system > Phones & devices > Paging devices.

Step 3:

Click Add device.

Click Add device 
 

Step 4:

Enter the Paging Device nickname. The nickname serves as a label for it to be easily identified in lists. Click Next.

Step 5:

The Provisioning info screen displays the SIP settings that you have to configure on your paging device. Click Done.

NOTE: Refer to your Paging Device's support and documentation for more information and assistance.


 

How to delete a paging device from the BT Cloud Phone Portal

 

Step 1:

Log in as Administrator to the BT Cloud Phone Portal.
 

Step 2:

In the Admin portal, go to Phone system > Phones & devices > Paging devices.

Step 3:

Click Delete.

Click Add device 
 

Step 4:

A confirmation pop-up appears to confirm that the paging device will be removed. Click Yes.
