How to add a paging device to the BT Cloud Phone Portal

1. Log in as Administrator to the BT Cloud Phone Portal.

2. In the Admin portal, go to Phone system > Phones & devices > Paging devices.

3. Click Add device.

4. Enter the Paging Device nickname. The nickname serves as a label for it to be easily identified in lists. Click Next.

5. The Provisioning info screen displays the SIP settings that you have to configure on your paging device. Click Done.

NOTE: Refer to your Paging Device's support and documentation for more information and assistance.

 

How to delete a paging device from the BT Cloud Phone Portal

1. Log in as Administrator to the BT Cloud Phone Portal.

2. In the Admin portal, go to Phone system > Phones & devices > Paging devices.

3. Click Delete.

4. A confirmation pop-up appears to confirm that the paging device will be removed. Click Yes.
