What are the Interactive Notification on the Mobile app
Interactive Notifications on the BT Cloud Work Mobile App makes responding to an incoming call, text message, retrieving a message from the voice mailbox or returning a call from the lock screen easier. Click on the links below to learn more.

When you get an incoming call on your BT Cloud Work Mobile app, and your phone is locked, you will get an notification on your screen that you can slide to answer the call and launch the BT Cloud Work Mobile app.
NOTE: If your phone's Touch ID or Passcode is turned on, you may need to unlock your phone first by using your Touch ID or PIN.
When you get a voicemail on your BT Cloud Work mailbox, and your phone is locked, you will get an Interactive Notification on your screen that you can swipe to the left for options.

Swiping the Interactive Notification to the left launches the options (Manage, View, Clear).
NOTE: If your phone's Touch ID or Passcode is turned on, you may need to unlock your phone first by using your Touch ID or PIN.

Tap Manage to edit your BT Cloud Work Mobile app notification settings.

Tap View to launch the options to immediately Play the voicemail, or Call the number of the person who sent the voicemail.

Tap this button to dismiss the notification from your screen.

When you get a Text Message on your BT Cloud Work mailbox, and your phone is locked, you will get an Interactive Notification on your screen that you can swipe to the left for options.
NOTE: The BT Cloud Work Text Message feature is limited to sending Text Messages to Users within your BT Cloud Work account. The BT Cloud Work Text Message feature will not allow Users to send Text Messages to other mobile carriers.

Joining Meetings/Conferences/Calls (iOS)
An interactive notification reminder appears before a scheduled meeting or conference starts. You can either left swipe or right swipe on a Join Now notification.
NOTE: This notification does not appear if you have the Join Now Event alert set to None.
To configure the Join now Event alert, on your Mobile app, tap My Profile > Mobile app settings > Join now > Event alert, then choose how many seconds or minutes before the meeting should you be notified.

Swipe to the right
|
Opens the details of the meeting. Enables you to join the audio conference or online meeting right away with a single tap without entering the access code.
NOTE: If Touch ID or Passcode is enabled, you need to unlock your phone either by touching the Home button or by entering your PIN.

|
Swiping the Interactive Notification to the left launches the options (Manage, View, Clear).
NOTE: If Touch ID or Passcode is enabled, you need to unlock your phone either by touching the Home button or by entering your PIN.

|
Tap Clear button to dismiss the notification from your screen.
