Acquire and perform the following first to successfully set up a dual-monitor display for BT Cloud Phone Meetings.
i. Acquire the following equipment
• A Windows or a Mac computer that has a:
• Quad core processor (i5 or higher), or
• Dual core processor 2Ghz
• Two (2) monitors (any combination of HDTV or PC monitor)
• HDMI cables (preferred) or VGA cables
ii. Connect the cables to your Windows or Mac computer
The image below shows a sample setup using HDMI cables.
iii. Enable multiple or mirror displays on your computer
• Windows - Set Multiple Displays > Extend these displays on your Windows computer. Visit the Microsoft support site for more information on how to connect multiple displays.
• Mac - Enable Mirror Displays on your Mac computer. Visit the Apple support site for more information on how to connect multiple displays.
Dual streaming can now be enabled on your BT Cloud Phone Meetings after configuring your computer.
1. On BT Cloud Phone Meetings, click Settings.
2. Click General and select Use dual monitors under Content Sharing.
3. Relaunch BT Cloud Phone Meetings to apply settings.
• It should automatically open two (2) windows in full screen when starting or joining a meeting.
• Double-click on the windows to be able to move the screens around. The windows will exit full screen, and you can move the screens around.
• If you start a screen sharing meeting, dual screen is not supported automatically.
