How to use the Text Messaging feature of the BT Cloud Work Desktop App 

Benefits of the Text feature of the BT Cloud Work Desktop App 

  • Send unlimited text messages
  • Use one business number for voice, fax and text messages
  • Send to any number and extension within your company, with up to 1,000 characters.
  • Message colleagues and department groups from your business number.

 

  1. On your BT Cloud Work Desktop App, click the Compose Text button.

  1. On the New message screen, enter your recipient's name or number in the To: field. You can also select a contact by clicking the Plus  plus icon.

NOTE: Click the Emoji User-added image icon to include emojis on your message.

  1. Click Send to send your message.
