Follow the steps below to know how to log in to your online account with your Google credentials. If you have not enabled it yet, see BT Cloud Phone: Log In Options for steps.

1. Launch a web browser on your computer or device (Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer).

2. Enter https://portal.btcloudphone.bt.com in the address bar.

3. Click Google.

4. Enter the Google email that has been associated with your BT Cloud Phone account, and then click Next.

5. Enter the Password for your Google Account and click Next.

6. Click Allow.
