Allow Meeting Participants to Join Before the Host in BT Cloud Work

The Allow join before host feature allows attendees to join the meeting before the host. This is useful when when the host cannot attend or will be late to the meeting. If this option is not selected, the meeting participants will see a pop-up dialog that says "The meeting is waiting for the host to join."

You can enable this feature for scheduled meetings as well as meetings created using your Personal Meeting ID (PMI).
 

Enable Joining Before Host in Scheduled Meetings

1. Log in to BT Cloud Work.
2. Tap Video.
3. Tap Schedule.
4. Enter the meeting title and configure the rest of the settings.
5. Turn on Enable joining before host.
6. Tap Next or the right-arrow on the upper-right corner.
7. Finish setting up the meeting, then tap Add.
 

Enable Joining Before Host in your Personal Meeting ID

1. Log in to BT Cloud Work.
2. Tap Video.
3. Tap the More (3 dots) icon on the upper-right corner.
4. Tap Video meeting settings.
5. Tap Personal meeting ID.
6. Below Meeting options, turn on Enable joining before host.
7. Tap Done or the checkmark so save the changes.
