Details


1. Log in to BT Cloud Work
2. Tap Video.
3. Tap the More (3 dots) button on the upper-right corner.
4. Tap Video meeting settings.
5. Tap Audio & video.
6. Turn on Auto connect audio.
7. Tap the Back button on the upper-left corner twice to go back to the Video screen.

NOTE: Audio quality when connecting to internet audio will depend on the bandwidth and signal strength of your internet connection.
