Reassign a Phone to Another User on the BT Cloud Work Portal

Details
An administrator may assign or reassign phones to specific user extensions on the BT Cloud Work Portal. 
  1. Log In to your BT Cloud Work Portal as an Administrator.
  2. Go to Phone System > Phones & Devices.
  3. Go to User Phones, then click the device you wish to reassign. 
  4. Click Edit User.
  5. Select the User where you want to reassign the phone, then click Next
  6. You will be prompted with a warning message, click Yes to proceed.
