Remove a Shared Lines Group in the BT Cloud Work Portal

Account Administrators can remove a Shared lines group. When disabled, a Shared line group will not be able to make and receive calls, access their account online, or use mobile applications.


1. Log in to your BT Cloud Work Portal.

2. On the Admin portal, navigate to Phone System > Groups > Shared lines tab.

3. Click Disable opposite to the group to be deleted.

4. A confirmation pop-up appears to confirm that you will be disabling the Shared lines group. Click Disable.

5. Click Delete.

6. Contact BT Cloud Phone Support at 0800 389 0598. Click OK to close the popup.
