Set Up BT Cloud Work Call Screening on Your Extension

Details

1. Log in to your BT Cloud Work Portal.  If you are logged in using an Admin account, navigate to Admin portal > My extension. See Log in to the BT Cloud Phone Using Email or Phone Number for more information.

2. Go to Settings > Screening, greeting, & hold music > User hours tab.

3. Below Call screening, select Enable, then click Edit.

4. Select the preferred Connecting option, then click Done.

5. Click Save.

6. Navigate to Call handling & forwarding > Settings.

7. Below Incoming call information, click Edit to set your preferences. See Configuring your Incoming Call Information Settings | BT Cloud Work for more information.
