Set Up BT Cloud Phone Call Screening on Your Extension

SummaryThis article gives information on how Users set up Call Screening feature on the BT Cloud Phone Portal.
Details

1. Log in to your BT Cloud Phone Portal.  If you are logged in using an Admin account, navigate to Admin portal > My extension. See Logging in - Using Email or Phone Number for more information.

2. Go to Settings > Screening, greeting, & hold music > User hours tab.

3. Below Call screening, select Enable, then click Edit.

4. Select the preferred Connecting option, then click Done.

5. Click Save.

6. Navigate to Call handling & forwarding > Settings.

7. Below Incoming call information, click Edit to set your preferences. See Set Up User's Incoming call information on the BT Cloud Phone for more information.
