Set Up BT Cloud Phone Call Screening for Users

Details

1. Log in to your BT Cloud Phone Portal. See Logging in - Using Email or Phone Number for more information.

2. Go to Admin portal > Users > Users List > Users with extensions.

3. Click the User.

4. Click Screening, greeting & hold music.

5. Below Call screening, select Enable, then click Edit.

6. Select the preferred Connecting option, then click Done.

7. Click Save.

8. Navigate to Call handling & forwarding > Settings.

9. Below Incoming call information, click Edit to set your preferences. See Set Up User's Incoming call information on the BT Cloud Phone for more information.
