Cause

Calls to the specific country may be blocked and requires a filled out Whitelisting form before they can be reached.
 

Resolution

1. Log in to the BT Cloud Phone portal
2. Go to Billing > Calling Rates > International. Eensure that the status of the country being called shows a green checkmark indicating that international calls to it are enabled.
3. Download the BT Cloud Phone Whitelisting Form.
4. Fill out the fields in the Requested Whitelisted Destinations section.
5. Send the form to the email address provided on the form.

You will get updates from BT regarding the status of your request.
