• Adding Company contacts
Although the BT Cloud Work Mobile App allows you to view your Company Contacts, you are unable to add new users or Company Contacts. A new contact is added when a new User has been added by the account's administrator.
• Adding Personal contacts
The BT Cloud Work Mobile App uses your device's phone book. When you add a Personal Contact through your BT Cloud Work Mobile App, you are adding this contact to your device's native Phone Book app. This is because your device's contacts are automatically synced with your BT Cloud Work Mobile App. When you add a new contact using your device's native phonebook, this contact will also appear in your BT Cloud Work Mobile App.

Delete Contacts
• Deleting Company Contacts
Deleting Company Contacts cannot be done on your
BT Cloud Work Mobile App. A Company Contact is removed when that User is deleted from the account by an administrator. Check

• Deleting Personal Contacts
You can delete a Personal contact from your BT Cloud Work Mobile App. Click the name of your device below to learn more how you can perform this task on your mobile phone.

Using an Android device
1. Go to Contacts > Personal tab.
2. Tap the name of the Personal Contact that you wish to delete.
3. Tap the Edit icon (Pen) on the upper right.
4. Tap the Trash Bin icon on the upper right.
5. Tap Delete Contact on the window that will appear.
Using an iOS device
1. Tap All Contacts, then tap Personal Contacts.
2. Tap the name of the Contact that needs to be deleted.
3. Scroll down then tap Delete Contact.
